Enhance inner knowing and intuition in a space of presence…

I’ve chosen special meditations, practices and teachings for you, including guided visualizations, body sensing and dream work. Each session will offer you a chance to learn, discover and discuss new awareness and insights; as well as report on and set goals of your choice.

LOGISTICS:
Some meditation experience is helpful though not required.
Optional – if you prefer to lie down for some of the exercises, feel free to bring a mat and/or cushion to lie on. All group members will be asked to make an agreement to maintain confidentiality about any and all personal information shared in the group. Note: This is not a therapy group nor should you use it in place of therapy. If you are currently in care, please check with me to see if this group would be right for you.

About the Instructor Olivia Fermi

Olivia Fermi, MA, RTC, lives in Vancouver and has a private practice in Kitsilano and on Zoom/Skype offering counselling, coaching, family and systemic constellation circles and classes.

I have been on a spiritual growth path all of my adult life (over 40 years). I have received direct transmission, teaching and guidance from Eastern and Western masters, as well as from my guides, nature spirits and ancestors. Since 1989 I have been a student of A.H.
